Why can I only find one product for sale?
BabySteals.com is a deal-of-the-day website, we sell one quality baby product per day at 50-80% off MSRP (manufacturers suggested retail price) until it sells out. Weekdays at 9am MST another amazing 'steal' starts at a price so good that it's not just a deal, it's a steal! If you don't like what you see now, check back after 9am MST, it will be something completely different because it’s one-steal-a-day, baby!

I just placed my order. How soon can I expect my steal?
We want you to get hooked up with your steals fast and we pride ourselves on our lightning fast shipping. In most cases, all shipments are shipped the same day or within 24 hours of purchase. Many shipments arrive 2-5 business days after it has been shipped, depending on how far you live from Salt Lake City, Utah and which method of shipment you chose upon checkout. To provide you with the least expensive yet fastest shipping possible,  our orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Everything on your page is Sold Out. I really wanted the item, can I still order it? Please!
Unfortunately, it sounds like you missed out on the steal. Quick fingers are the key at BabySteals.com! Things sell out quickly and once the item is gone, it's gone. However, keep checking the steals because we consider bringing certain items back based on customer demand.

Yesterday’s steal wasn’t sold out but I didn’t get to order it in time. Can I order it from you still?
Maybe. You might see it pop up again on a weekend- which we call Second Chance Saturday or Second Chance Sunday! Also, check our blog. If we have just a few left of something, we’ll add a link to the blog in the afternoons for anyone who lost out!

I still have two items in my shopping cart but your site says it is sold out. Are you holding those for me even though I haven't purchased them yet?
Nope. We only know you want one once you've completed the checkout process and purchased the item. Having an item in your shopping cart does NOT guarantee you will receive the item.

Can I store items in my shopping cart from previous days and buy them all at once to save on shipping?
We wish! We ship purchases every day and most days we sell out. So if you didn't make the purchase on the day the product was for sale, odds are we don't have the item anymore.  Since we are a deal-of-the-day website, we can’t and don’t combine shipping on multiple days purchases because of packaging and shipping estimates.

Do you accept returns?
If you've changed your mind, it doesn’t fit, don’t like the color or you have buyers remorse, save it for a baby shower! We do not accept returns because of the deep discounts and only offering one product per day. If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order. All items are first quality and inspected before shipment, but if your item somehow arrives damaged, we bend over backwards to get you a replacement.

Do you accept exchanges?
Remember, we’re a deal-of-the-day website so that means we don’t often have another size or color to exchange it with. Please order accordingly!

Help! I am trying to order but I’m having computer problems. Can you hold a few for me if I buy them later today?
Unfortunately not. There is no way for us to keep track of so many requests unless there is an order!

Can I place an order over the phone or call in with a question?
We are really busy searching for the next 'steal' for you, and shipping you your stuff! We're also knee deep in changing our own babies diapers and cleaning up soggy cheerios off the floor. However, please email us, we respond to most messages the same day and most often within minutes! If you’d like us to call you, leave us your phone number and we would be delighted to speak with you. However, we do not take orders over the phone. Google Checkout is our only method for processing your order.

I placed an order and just remembered I have an old shipping address in Google Checkout. Can you change the address?
Before you complete your orders, please confirm that your address information in Google Checkout is updated and correct. This will ensure you don’t get double charged for mailing to an incorrect address that was provided to us.

Can I purchase more than 3 items?
We have a strict 3-item per style limit. We know that having a baby can break the bank, and that's one of the reasons we created BabySteals.com! The 3-item limit is so that people who really don't have babies can't come in and buy everything out and resell it on eBay or the baby black market. That's like stealing! This, in turn saves the 'steal' for you! Our 'steals' are designed to save you serious money on products you would normally spend much more money on, or things you just wouldn't normally splurge on because of the cost. You'll have to be nice and share with all the other boys and girls!

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! Via USPS International First-class mail. Canadian shipping charges and orders are placed at babysteals.com/canada, or you can click through to it from our homepage on the right side. Duties are NOT included, and declared based on the price paid for the item and the location that the product was manufactured. There is a strict three item per day limit. Remember, Canadian orders ship the same day but take 8-16 business days to arrive via USPS First Class International.

Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we do not ship outside of the US and Canada.

Where are you located? I want to visit your store!
BabySteals.com is an e-tailer and does not have a brick and mortar store, thus making the savings for you even better! All of us dad and mom-preneuers at BabySteals.com are located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I live in the Salt Lake City area; can I pick up my stuff and not pay shipping?
You're in luck! To benefit those who live by us and save Utah mamas even more money, we offer two local pickup days in Murray, Utah.

Your website says there is a baby shower coming up. What are baby showers?
Baby showers are something you want to watch for! Normally BabySteals.com runs our product until it sells out and the next business day at 9am MST starts another steal for sale. When we have a baby shower, it's a 'shower' of steals available all at once that last until we're done partying! (or when we’re out of stuff) We do this basically 4 times a year when we feel like it, or when we have something to celebrate!

I just placed my order and notice a $1 charge on my credit card from Google. Can you tell me what that is for?
The $1.00 transaction from Google is actually a pending authorization request between Google’s billing system and the bank that issued your credit or debit card, to ensure that the card is valid and the necessary funds are available in your account before the order is charged. You won't end up paying the extra $1.00.

I just got an email from Google that my credit card was declined. Help!
15 minutes after placing your order, Google will email you if your card was declined, with full instructions on how to fix your credit card information and confirm your order. Until this happens and the card comes through approved, your order is not confirmed, nor on hold in our inventory.
